Attention Residents!
Below are a few friendly reminders that we ask you to keep in mind regarding the community.
Pet Owners – Please clean up after your dogs when walking the community and please make sure they are leashed at all times.
Preserve Areas – The Preserve Areas throughout the community are off limits. This includes kids playing in the preserve, and building forts.
Ponds – Do not wade or swim in the ponds. There are alligator and snakes.
Landscaping – Yard and tree clippings are to not to be thrown in the ponds.
Reminder: Residents who own homes along the ponds are required to weed eat the grass along the exterior sides of their fences. If you have any questions please feel free to call the CAM Team.

Remember assessments are due on the 1st of each month in January, April, July and October.
The ARC form is for homeowners to fill out and submit to the ARC committee when they would like to make improvements to their home. Please send your completed ARC request to arc@thecamteam.com.
